We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Description of Service and Fair Energy Exchange

 

Leesa Wilson, as the Gypsy Priestess with Goddess of the Gypsy Moon provides Members with educational and insightful entertainment information. Members must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for Member's access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees related with such connections. All online and local workshops and services are as described, and require registration to participate. By completing the Registration Forms, you agree to be responsible for the stated fees/charges and commit and volunteer to donate the full purchase amount, for the time indicated in the description, of the product or service received or rendered. No refunds will be granted, unless otherwise stated. By registering for, receiving or participating in any portion of a service, offering, or event advertised on this webiste, the client willingly acknowledges that they are entering into a binding contract with Leesa Wilson, The Gypsy Priestess, and as such, agrees to be held legally repsonible for all moneys due or owing to us, as detailed at the time of registration.

Release of Liability

 

By registering for a Reading, a Workshop, Service or other Offering with Leesa Wilson, the Gypsy Priestess, Goddess of the Gypsy Moon, you the client understand and agree to the following:

 

Services are offered as confidential teachings, counselings and healings on lifepaths. They are intended to open the client to more self-awareness and reflection on their past experiences, present circumstances and future potential direction. Leesa Wilson regards her services as protective, empowering and spiritual, and makes the transitions for the client as comfortable and safe as possible. Remember: the greatest tools to bring in order or to have a successful experience are an open mind and heart. You acknowledge that Leesa Wilson and The Gypsy Priestess will not be held liable if your experiences cause you harm or unexpected results.

 

Leesa Wilson will not reveal any information that could be detrimental or harmful to the client. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the clairvoyant readings or spiritual teachings, services or wisdom, nor hold any responsibility for how the client interprets the given information. Any service that involves a healing and removal of old energy or blockage may cause a distinct shift and temporary disorientation in the client's field, thus you are completely responsible for taking the necessary health precautions.  The client is solely and fully responsible for any action taken based on the given advice or forecast, or resulting from personal experiences. Our services are in no way a replacement for sound medical treatment or legal counsel, and are not intended for anyone under psychiatric care, or under the legal age of consent.

 

Suggested donation fees or fair exchange is required for the expenditure of energy and time that Leesa Wilson uses for the client's benefit. By registering, the client releases Leesa Wilson, the Gypsy Priestess, and Goddess of the Gypsy Moon from any legal, financial, physical, mental and emotional liability for their experience(s). 

 

Indemnificatio

 

Member agrees to indemnify and hold Leesa Wilson, its parents, subsidiaries, facilitators, affiliates, officers and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member's use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Member, or other user of the Offering or Service using Member's computer, or any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.

 

Modifications and Interruption to Service

 

Leesa Wilson reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Product/Offering or Service with or without notice to the Member. Leesa Wilson shall not be liable to Member or any third party should Leesa Wilson exercise the right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that Leesa Wilson does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
